International Women’s Day Event – Dunedin

The International Women’s Day event was held on 8 March from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in Central Dunedin. The program was house full, with many women and families attending the special gathering. It was a wonderful time filled with worship, encouraging messages, and fellowship. The event began with a beautiful worship session led by a dedicated worship team. The worship created a peaceful and joyful atmosphere, and many people joined together in praise and thanksgiving.

Attendees came from many different nations, including New Zealand, India, Fiji, the Philippines, the Māori community, Thailand, the Netherlands, China, Samoa, and Sri Lanka. It was a special moment of unity where women from different cultures and backgrounds gathered together to celebrate International Women’s Day. During the program, two speakers shared inspiring and encouraging messages. Their words encouraged women to live with faith, hope, and strength, and to support one another in their families and communities. After the program, snacks were served, giving everyone a chance to talk, connect, and build new friendships. Overall, it was a house-full, joyful, and blessed International Women’s Day celebration, bringing women from many nations together in worship, encouragement, and unity.
