DESCRIPTION:As led by the Holy Spirit\, a vibrant Women’s Day celebration occurred on 8 March 2025 at the Edgar Centre\, Naylor Love Lounge.This special gathering featured a  music team and two anointed guest speakers from diverse backgrounds—Kiwi\, and Indian\, —who shared powerful gospel messages of hope. The messages were followed by powerful testimonies that stirred hearts and glorified God’s faithfulness.The event was enriched by the participation of Kiwi\, Indian\, Zimbabwe\, Tonga\, Malaysia and Chinese beyond\, reflecting the beauty of unity in Christ across nations.It was a joyful time of worship\, testimony\, and encouragement\, all to the glory of God. \nThe purpose of this gathering was to empower women through God’s word and by the power of Holy Spirit. The audience that took part in this event were from different countries including New Zealand\, Cambodia\, and India. We also had a few non-Christians take part in this event and it was a joyful event by God’s grace. Refreshments and lunch were provided for the participants. \n

More than just a song\, You Raise Me Up became a prayer of faith\, a message of encouragement\, and a declaration of strength\, proclaiming that God lifts us when we cannot stand on our own. It was a powerful reminder that faith\, music\, and love have the power to unite a city and uplift hearts\, whether you were present at the event or watching from around the world. \n \n \n \n

Attendees came from different countries\, including New Zealand\, India\, and Thailand. It was a beautiful time of unity where women from different cultures joined together in worship and fellowship. \nThe event began with a time of worship\, where everyone sang songs of praise and thanked God. The atmosphere was joyful and peaceful. After the worship\, two speakers shared inspiring messages. Their messages encouraged the women to have faith\, hope\, and strength in their daily lives. Many people felt encouraged and uplifted through their words. \nDuring the event\, morning tea was provided\, giving everyone a chance to talk\, connect\, and build new friendships. Later\, lunch was also served\, and everyone enjoyed the time of fellowship together. \nOverall\, the Otago Women’s Day event was a wonderful gathering filled with worship\, encouragement\, and community. It was a meaningful time where women could support one another\, share their experiences\, and grow in faith together. Many attendees expressed their joy and appreciation for such a special and uplifting event.
