Central Asia

Central Asia, near Kazakhstan and Russia, is a beautiful region with vast landscapes and a unique cultural richness. When we visited, it was during the winter season. The snow-covered surroundings were stunning, but the cold made it difficult to walk and travel. Despite the harsh weather, we stayed in a cozy house that provided warmth and comfort, making the experience both challenging and memorable.

This journey was truly a different experience for us. The local church played an important role by supporting and encouraging the mission. Their hospitality and faith were inspiring, reminding us of the unity believers share across nations. Even in a place where conditions can be difficult, the love of Christ brings people together and strengthens hearts.

We spent time in fellowship, prayer, and sharing the Word of God. Though the environment was unfamiliar, the presence of God was evident in every moment. The dedication of the local believers showed a deep commitment to their faith, even in a region where life can be physically and spiritually demanding.

This visit reminded us that God’s work is not limited by geography or climate. Whether in warm or cold places, His message continues to reach people and transform lives. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10, “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.” This promise gave us strength and encouragement throughout our time there, helping us to trust in Him and continue the mission with faith.
